TAMBOURINE PARK

Public BBQ

This serene park is a delightful haven for family outings, dog walking, and enjoying nature. With picturesque glimpses of the Lane Cove River, it's perfect for quiet walks and bush explorations. The park is equipped with playgrounds suitable for various ages, and its setting is ideal for tranquil evening strolls. Additionally, the park offers an off-leash area for dogs after 3:30 pm, which is a hit among local dog owners. Visitors can also appreciate the park's history, including Aboriginal rock carvings. The picnic area is lovely, complete with gas and open fire barbecues, making it ideal for gatherings. However, visitors should note that the toilet facilities are a bit far from the main areas. The park also provides access to secluded spots like a secret beach and beautiful bush walks along the water.
